My Experience

I have been an Executive Assistant for over 20 years, and had a very fulfilling career. I have worked in Senior Executive Assistant roles at Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine NZ, Dilworth Trust Board and Business for Life.

I have met some fantastic and capable people throughout this experience – both in the companies I have worked for and the connections I made. A number of these people are in roles as directors, chairmen, CEOs, or leaders in small businesses. Through working closely with these business leaders, I have observed the pressures that their roles place them under – many meetings, deadlines and decisions are in the forefront of their everyday action lists.

Underlying this are the administrative needs to ensure they reach the meeting, meet the deadline, or deliver the decision in the most appropriate manner. 

This is the role of an Executive Assistant.
