Conference & Event Projects
From themed conference dinners to award nights and gala celebrations, here's a look at some of the events and conferences I've planned and delivered for businesses - locally and as offshore incentive trips across Australia and the Pacific Islands. Every project below was managed end-to-end, from venue sourcing and styling through to on-the-ground delivery, so clients could enjoy the night alongside their guests rather than run it.
Super Liquor Annual Conference 2026
The Super Liquor team came together at Millbrook Resort in Queenstown for a conference that balanced business with plenty of memorable moments. From the conference programme through to a show-stopping gala night, fine dining and live entertainment, every element was designed to keep the energy high.
The best part of any event is watching it all come together, and this one came together thanks to a brilliant team of partners: Watson & Wyatt Design, Doug Kamo Creative Management, Millbrook Resort, TomTom Productions, Mountain Beats DJ Co. and Mojo Queenstown.
Kāhui 2025
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Byron Bay, this event united NZI's partner community for an unforgettable experience of connection, inspiration and future-focused thinking.
Through world-class speakers, engaging conversations and meaningful networking, attendees explored the opportunities that lie ahead for the insurance industry.
It was a pleasure to manage this event from location, to concept, to bringing it to life.
Super Liquor Annual Conference 2024
Set against the lush tropical backdrop of Port Douglas, Queensland, the Super Liquor Annual Conference brought together the Super Liquor community.
It was a privilege to deliver this event. Standout moments included a Miami Vice-themed welcome dinner at the historic Sugar Wharf, overlooking a Port Douglas sunset, and an Outback evening at Canelands, an exclusive venue set on a working sugar cane farm.
Austin Powers Themed Conference Dinner
Delegates were asked to come along in their best 60’s outfit and boogie the night away! A number of the men brought out their inner Austin Powers for the evening!

Carnival Themed Trade Expo
The trade expo is an opportunity for suppliers to showcase new products, incentives, and deals for the market, as well as providing competitiveness with delegates.

Mad Hatter’s Secret Garden Themed Dinner
Guests were asked to come to the secret garden in their bright island outfits.
Held at Marriott Momi Bay, Fiji. This was an area I sourced - never before used by the hotel for the event.
Hamptons Themed Dinner
An entertaining night with Mr & Mrs White slinking around the venue while delegates enjoyed the night view back to Gold Coast.
Held at Home of the Arts, Gold Coast, Australia
Casino Royale Themed Gala Dinner
A night of celebration for delegates, dressed up in their BEST black tie evening outfit, 007 style, to celebrate the night and play some roulette.
Held at QT, Gold Coast, Australia
Sunset Themed Conference Dinner
Held on the 4th Tee at the Intercontinental Natadola, Fiji, guests danced away to music by a local DJ, while enjoying the warmth of Fiji.
